09A note from the founder

The seat is the easy part. The work it carries matters more.

I started this agency because I kept watching missionaries, aid workers and medical teams treated like ordinary tourists by ordinary agents — and the consequences were not ordinary. A missed connection on a beach holiday is a story for dinner. A missed connection on the way to a field clinic is hours a child does not have.

We will never be the cheapest. We will never be the largest. What we are is specific — every traveler we book is going somewhere to do work that will not pay them back. That changes how we handle the seat, the bag, the change-rule, the call at 3 a.m. their time. It is the only reason this agency exists.

11Common questions

Questions people ask before they book.

  • Most international trips are best booked 60–120 days in advance for the widest selection of fares and routing options. We can still arrange travel within 14 days—and often even within 24 hours—but availability and pricing may be more limited. For groups of 10 or more, we recommend securing space at least 90 days before departure.

  • No. Our margin is built into the fare we quote you, the same way other travel agencies work. You see the all-in total, not a fare plus a service fee.

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH/wire for bookings over $50,000, and direct invoicing for credentialed organizations.

  • Yes, on net-30 terms after a one-time credentialing call. Most denominations and recognized sending agencies pre-qualify.

  • Two free 50-lb checked bags is standard on the missionary fare across our 35+ partner airlines. Some partners allow three or four for long-term moves.

  • We coordinate written airline waivers in advance for ultrasound units, surgical packs, refrigerated vaccines and other specialized equipment. Submit equipment list at booking.
