Share your host city and your host organization’s arrival instructions, even if you do not know the airport code. For a project in Poland, for example, ask us to compare Warsaw (WAW) and Kraków (KRK). For other European projects, a connection through London, Paris or Frankfurt may be worth comparing with a closer regional airport. These are planning examples; available routes depend on your dates.

A lower ticket price can come with a second airport transfer, a separate onward ticket or an overnight connection. Tell us about your ground transport and first working day. We can compare arrival times and connection options, and identify where checked bags or a separate ticket require extra attention.

List the number, weight and dimensions of checked bags before requesting a quote. Musical instruments, medical equipment and donated supplies may need separate airline approval. Ask for the baggage allowance, change fees, fare difference rules and cancellation conditions in writing. Humanitarian fares are subject to airline eligibility and are not automatically the cheapest option.
