Who we are

This site is operated by Humana Travel Services (California Seller of Travel #2151910-70). Using this site means agreeing to these terms.

What we do

We act as a travel agent for missionary, church, humanitarian and mission-organization air travel. We arrange travel with third-party providers (airlines, ground operators). We are not the operator of those services - the airline is, the ground operator is, and so on.

Quotes and bookings

A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide. It becomes binding only once you confirm the booking and we issue the ticket. Prices, schedules and routings can change up until ticketing.

Cancellations and refunds

Each fare class carries its own cancellation and refund rules; we disclose them at the time of quote and again at the time of booking. Most missionary fares are refundable to original form of payment minus a $75-$200 cancellation fee (the exact figure depends on the airline and contract), up to 14 days before departure. Inside that window, refundability depends on the carrier.

Travel documents and eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccination records. We provide guidance, but the responsibility is yours.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the booking. We do not assume responsibility for acts of third-party providers, including airline delays, cancellations, baggage handling, or in-trip incidents.

Disputes

Any dispute is governed by the laws of the State of California. We're licensed by the California Attorney General as a Seller of Travel; if you believe we've violated the Sellers of Travel Act, you can contact the Attorney General's office.
