What we collect

When you submit a quote request, send us an email, or call us, we collect what you tell us: name, organization, email, phone, trip details, and any context you choose to share.

When you use this site, our server logs record standard request data (IP address, user agent, referrer) for fraud-prevention and rate-limiting purposes. If you've granted analytics consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record aggregate usage data; both are configurable through your consent settings.

How we use it

  • To prepare a quote and book your travel.
  • To stay in touch about your booking, including in-trip changes and emergencies.
  • To follow up after the trip (e.g. an invitation to share a review). You can opt out anytime.
  • To improve this website and our service — only in aggregate.

Who we share with

  • Airlines and partners — only as required to book your travel.
  • Service providers — Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (anti-spam), Vercel (hosting). Each is contractually bound to confidentiality.
  • Law-enforcement — only when legally required.
  • We do not sell personal information to anyone, ever.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a request to hello@humanatravel.com; we respond within 10 business days. California residents are covered by CCPA; we apply the same standard to everyone.
