How to plan church & nonprofit group flights

A group itinerary is more than a set of tickets. It is a passenger list, a shared arrival plan and a collection of deadlines. We help group leaders organize the flight details before those details become last-minute problems.

In most cases, our airline agreements make discounted fares, additional free checked baggage and flexible ticket conditions available. Eligibility and exact benefits depend on the airline, route and fare; your quote confirms the applicable terms.

Group contracts or individual tickets?

For a team of 10 or more, ask us to compare a group fare with available individual fares. Airline group thresholds and rules vary. A group agreement may offer a different payment schedule or passenger-name deadline, while individual tickets may price better for a smaller team. The best choice depends on the total cost and the flexibility you actually need.

02 / PLAN THE JOURNEY

Build a departure and arrival plan

For a team leaving from Memphis, Atlanta and New York, start with a traveler count for each city. Decide whether everyone must share the long-haul flight or simply reach the destination on the same day. Tell us who needs a different return date, who is traveling with children and whether a team member needs airport assistance.

03 / PLAN THE JOURNEY

Keep the decision dates visible

Before accepting a quote, review deposit terms, final payment, ticketing deadlines, passenger-name deadlines and cancellation rules. A seat hold is only valid if the airline confirms it. Name changes and schedule changes are different processes; neither should be assumed free. We explain the terms attached to the itinerary being offered.

Before you book

Do we need every passenger name to request a quote?

An initial request can include estimated numbers, departure cities and dates. Passenger names and other details will be required at the stage specified by the airline’s booking terms.

Is group airfare always cheaper?

No. Group arrangements should be compared on both price and terms. Payment timing, seat availability and name-list flexibility may matter as much as the headline fare.
