Required by California Business and Professions Code §§17550–17550.30.

Trust accounts and bond

As a registered seller of travel, all customer funds are held in a designated trust account until services are delivered, in accordance with California law. Humana Travel Services carries the required surety bond.

Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation

Because we are not a TCRC participant, California residents are not eligible for reimbursement from the TCRC in the case of our default. Please review your booking insurance options carefully.
