A specialist team that books one kind of trip.
Humana Travel Services is a California-registered seller of travel arranging air travel for humanitarian organizations, churches and mission groups — humanitarian response, community outreach programs, missionary work, disaster response and faith-based pilgrimage.
The not-doing matters.
We don't book personal vacations.
No honeymoons, cruise cabins or all-inclusive resorts. Other agencies do this brilliantly. We don't.
We don't run a self-serve platform.
No login wall, no fare-engine widget. Your inbox is the interface and the agent is a person.
We don't promise impossible fares.
Humanitarian fares are real and meaningfully lower. They are not free, and we'll tell you when a published fare would be the better option.
We don't disappear after the booking.
If something goes wrong en route — sick traveler, weather, ground transport — call the same number you called to book.
Numbers we publish only when they actually move.

The seat is the easy part. The work it carries matters more.
I started this agency because I kept watching missionaries, aid workers and medical teams treated like ordinary tourists by ordinary agents — and the consequences were not ordinary. A missed connection on a beach holiday is a story for dinner. A missed connection on the way to a field clinic is hours a child does not have.
We will never be the cheapest. We will never be the largest. What we are is specific — every traveler we book is going somewhere to do work that will not pay them back. That changes how we handle the seat, the bag, the change-rule, the call at 3 a.m. their time. It is the only reason this agency exists.
Want to talk before you book?
No quota on time on the phone. If you're trying to figure out whether we're a fit, we'd rather have the call than book the wrong fare.
